I have to say one more thing, for any of you skeptics out there that aren’t sure about how the insurance claims process works, I just wanted to say that this entire project was covered by the homeowner’s insurance company and his out of pocket expense was $100. Find someone who does it better than that. Good luck!

Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel about the City of Ritzville and the community here. Homeowners that actually hear us out and are open-minded enough to not slam the door in our faces when we try to help them with their projects. Hoping this is the first of many jobs we get to do here! Shoutout to Dylan Morrison for finding this wonderful homeowner for us to work with. If anyone else has questions or concerns about their roof, you can reach out directly to me or Dylan.

I’m normally more of a supervisor. Got my hands dirty today. By the end of it, I actually got the hang of it and it became enjoyable.
