Up here today removing a covered porch roof in preparation of completely reconstructing this. Had damaged metal roofing that was leaking into the soffit causing growth and rot. Stay tuned for the after pics!

Mold in your attic isn’t always obvious — but it can affect your entire home.

This attic had moisture buildup from poor ventilation that caused hidden mold growth on the roof decking. We HEPA-vacuumed, treated, cleaned, and re-vacuumed the area while running negative air pressure to keep airborne spores from spreading to other parts of the home.

This process protects indoor air quality and helps prevent mold from coming back.
