Throwback to this lakefront garage project. Along with giving the exterior a major facelift, Empire Roof Coatings restored and coated the roofs to help extend their service life and protect them from continued exposure to sun, moisture, and changing weather.

Today is all about the prep: tighten the fasteners, replace the stripped ones, pressure wash the roof, then seal each fastener and loose seam with mastic.
