Empire Roof Coatings

Empire Roof Coatings is the preferred Fluid Applied Roofing Systems provider throughout the Inland Empire. Building on over 30 years of industry experience and training, Empire Roof Coatings offers non-pro-rated labor and material warranties for our roofing systems which are known for their exceptional quality and durability. In fact, over two billion square feet of one of our roofing systems have been applied throughout the United States since 1977 with many of the initial roofs applied in the 1970’s still on the job today. Our roofing materials have been tested with accelerated weathering tests and have been shown to last over 50 years with no significant film damage to the system. Today, our roofs are popular because they can provide enough energy savings to pay for themselves in a few short years. Because they are “green” building materials, they may also qualify for federal tax credits and rebates. (www.dsireusa.org or www.energystar.gov). Empire Roof Coatings white roofs reflect the sun’s hot UV rays rather than absorbing them the way black roofs do. Our roofing systems and roof coatings have been proven to be energy efficient in some of the most extreme situations and under some very intense scrutiny. What Empire Roof Coatings Cool Roofs Do:
• Reduce air conditioning bills
• Increase roof durability
• Reduce wear and tear on air conditioning equipment
• Increase comfort of building occupants
• Lower surrounding air temperatures
• Provide sustainable roofing systems
• Allow re-coat of the roof rather than a tear off and re-roof
