I'm Justin. I'm a 40-year-old construction management graduate from EWU. I have 20 years in the industry and over 13 years as a self-employed, licensed general contractor, specializing primarily in residential and commercial remodels/maintenance. When PRECISION and DETAILS matter, I'm not just your guy—I'm THE guy.
I specialize in personalized, dedicated service and am truly a rare find in this field. I'm not chasing quantity; I'm pursuing quality, both in relationships and in my desire for craftsmanship.
Again, if DETAIL, PRECISION, and TRUST are central to your needs, there is no job too small or too large for me to give it my full attention. I will hang pictures, patch drywall, paint, set tile, replace faucets, fix doors and cabinets, do punch lists, change light bulbs—you name it. I also take on full remodel work of any scope or scale. I've built underground am******on bunkers, hidden rooms, completed hardwood trim-outs (including staining and finishing on new construction), wired network rooms, installed many heated floors (both hydronic and electric), added elevators to the interiors of homes. I do framing, concept planning, as well as layout and space planning. I've even finished complete homes that I've walked on to as bare stud projects where the prior builder walked off or was fired.
I'm at a point in my career where I'm looking to take the next step. I'm open to becoming part of a team or the lead actor in major projects, whether that be in scale, demand for quality, or both.
