Habitat for Humanity-Spokane broke ground in July 2026 on Lee Wade Landing, a brand-new 25-home affordable housing development in Spokane Valley (at 228 S. Carnahan Rd.).

We are excited to assist Habitat for Humanity with another project! Recently, Storhaug’s survey crew was on site to assist with control and initial construction layout.

And yet, nature is still holding onto a sweet little secret: a handful of fresh, sun-warmed summer raspberries hiding right outside the window. There is something truly magical about sneaking outside between work emails, picking fresh berries in your favorite fall flannel, and bringing them back to your desk for the ultimate workday treat.

After years of thoughtful design, site preparation, and laying down the groundwork—from underground infrastructure to paving brand-new roads—we are thrilled to see new 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒚!

Seeing the community transition from empty land and designs to actual framed houses is incredibly rewarding.

● 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Foundations are poured, framing is up, and structures are taking shape.

● 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: Creating a modern, welcoming neighborhood embedded in natural beauty.

A huge thank you to the owner for trusting our design team and the partnership with local contractors and crew for driving this vision forward with care and precision. The momentum is real!

Batter up! The Storhaug Team had fun at Avista Stadium cheering on the Spokane Indians!

There is nothing better than summer weather last week, great baseball, and even better company. We love taking time to celebrate our awesome team and enjoy a night together supporting our local team. Go Spokane Indians!
