This small guest bathroom in a 1940s Manito-Cannon Hill home just got a fresh update! We added:

✨ A new pedestal sink and medicine cabinet for style and function.
✨ Stunning Cloé and Blomma tile from
✨ A new bathtub and shower glass, plus a half wall to open up the space.
✨ Board and batten for classic charm and sage green paint for a calming vibe.

And the best part? We kept the original sconces per the homeowner’s request to honor the home’s vintage character while blending seamlessly with the modern updates.

Check out our completed 10’x12’ bathroom/laundry addition. This addition is on the main level of the home, allowing the homeowner to avoid stairs as she ages in place.

We selected all of the finishes with input from the home owner and family. Who says you can’t have some style in your 70’s?!

Slick modern bathroom remodel. Shower is a 3x12 Clara tile in a horizontal stack, and a 12x24 slate grey on the floor, both from . Finished off with a 42” charcoal vanity and an integrated light medicine cabinet. Nice!

Recent bathroom remodel we completed in the South Hill. Clean and simple design for this 1942 Craftsman style house.

That’s a wrap on our little pink bathroom. The homeowner grew up with a Mamie pink tile bathroom and wanted the new look to have the same feel. We replaced every surface and fixture and added a much needed ventilation fan and additional ceiling lighting. We also custom built and installed a handy storage nook above the toilet. Demo to final touches in 9 days. This was a fun one!

Completed full interior and exterior renovation. This house was built in 1902 and had been used as a rental in the recent past. The new owners wanted to freshen it up while maintaining some original character elements. Scope of work included-
-Roof replacement
-New front and back doors
-Full structural and cosmetic rebuild of the front porch
-Complete gut and reconfiguration of the kitchen
-Two bathroom overhauls
-Staircase re-build to comply with modern code
-Paint and flooring
