Big transformation happening at Cascade Mobile Home Community.

Our team has been knocking out a full improvement package including new ADA commercial doors, all new interior doors, updated front entry tile, a refreshed fireplace wall, Formica countertops in the bathrooms, kitchen, and offices, plus plenty more throughout the space.

Projects like this are exactly what we love: practical upgrades, cleaner finishes, better function, and a space that feels taken care of from the moment you walk in.

Accessibility Ramp Rebuild!

This ramp had seen better days and needed a complete rebuild to provide safer, more reliable access for a client who cannot use the existing steps.

We rebuilt it from the ground up with a strong pressure-treated frame, Trex Toasted Grove decking, and black metal railing for a clean, low-maintenance finish. We also added anti-slip traction tape for extra grip during wet, icy, and cold Spokane weather.

A huge improvement in both safety and appearance.

Another deck brought back to life! 👏

This project required us to shore up the existing structure, completely reframe the deck, and finish it with Trex Honey Grove decking featuring a clean mitered picture-frame border on the deck and stairs.

If your deck is showing its age, we’d be happy to take a look. Contact Home Helpers General Contracting for a free estimate!
