2. How are you handling cracks, joints, and edges?
Most failures start here.
What you want to hear: cracks opened, properly filled, joints addressed (not just coated over), and edges ground—not skipped.

3. What’s your full prep process before coating touches the floor?
This exposes shortcuts fast.
What you want to hear: grinding → thorough vacuuming → cleaning/decontamination → moisture check (if applicable) → then coating.
