Spokane is our hometown, so seeing what’s happening with the recent fires hits close to home.

That’s why we’re sharing this video about the Dryad wildfire detection system we install. Early detection can make a critical difference when every minute matters.

We want this message to reach the people who have the ability to protect communities, businesses, and critical infrastructure before the next fire starts.

If you know a city leader, fire department, property manager, facility manager, or business owner who needs to see this—please share it with them.

Fire Danger 🔥 https://www.facebook.com/share/1Ls3MgpJQC/?mibextid=wwXIfr

🚨 Fire Danger Elevated to VERY HIGH 🚨

The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has elevated the fire danger rating for our area to VERY HIGH.

Please avoid outdoor activities that can create sparks or start a fire, including:
• Welding or grinding
• Driving or parking in dry grass
• Using equipment that can produce sparks
• Any activity that could ignite dry vegetation

If you see smoke, don’t wait; call 911 immediately. Early reporting gives firefighters the best chance to stop a fire before it grows.

Now is also a great time to sign up for ALERT Spokane if you haven’t done so already. If an evacuation is issued for your address, you’ll receive emergency notifications to help keep you informed and prepared.
