The customer had a copper spire/turret that was tarnished β€” a detail most roofers wouldn't even attempt to fix. So Gilbert Palmer cleaned it up himself. The customer didn't even ask, and had no idea he'd done it until he saw the difference. ✨

We can’t undo that. But we can make sure nobody has to rebuild alone. ❀️

Our office has become a drop-off point for anyone in Spokane who wants to help β€” no donation too small, no gesture too simple. A bag of groceries. A gift card. A pack of diapers. To us, it’s just stuff off a shelf. To a family starting over, it’s one less thing to worry about tonight.
