New Green Acres Homes modular house that we got to be involved with! Tuttle Construction was responsible for building the garage and flat roof over the front entry, installing the LP Diamond Kote siding, installing the black Vesta steel siding, and installing the standing seam steel roof on the garage. Overlook Heights building #1 is nearly complete! Nothing but the best for this project. All new Andersen E series aluminum clad windows and doors , LP Diamond Kote lap and shake siding, Rollex stealth soffit and fascia, and new 6” gutters will be installed in the spring. Now time for building #2!

Things are moving along nicely! Basement hole has been dug, and footings for the house and garage were poured earlier today! Big thanks to Sam Wedeking Excavation, and Bloomendaal Brothers Concrete for making time for this project through the poor weather. We appreciate it!

Out with the old, stay tuned for the new! The old house is coming down to make room for the new, more retirement geared home! Huge thanks to Sam Wedeking Excavation for squeezing us in on short notice! We appreciate it!

This was a fun one! After the problem had been identified, all the old brown siding was taken off, every window was pulled out, proper moisture barrier and flashing applied, and new navy blue Diamond Kote siding was was installed. All old panel stone was removed and discarded, with new stone mortared on. We also redesigned the front entry! Big thanks to these clients for trusting Tuttle Construction to take care of your project!
