Soffit removal to gain maximum storage in cabinetry. Removing old pantry closet and replacing with built in pantry to match cabinetry with roll out shelving.

Taking an old dark bathroom and giving it a new bright life 😍
Huge thanks to HydroShield Rochester for sealing this marble and grout to protect it and EGC Granite and Quartz for the curbs and vanity top. Shout out to my husband for wanting to kill me for having to build this vanity into place due to the stairwell ramping up underneath it. I wonder how Chip feels when Joanna throws crazy ideas at him. They do a good job of editing those times out. 😂😂 We hope you love your new bathroom for years to come! Thank you for trusting us to get the job done!

Before and after kitchen facelift. A few years ago we installed and finished these oak floors. This year we ended up doing Countertops, backsplash, paint, and added a couple of cabinets to hang the microwave/create more functional storage. Thankfully Dad had some stock cabinets in the barn and was able to create this transformation 😍 it brightened their space right up. Thank you Jill Newman Letta for giving the cabinets new life 🤩 Thank you EGC Granite and Quartz for another great countertop install.
