Top Dressing
Top dressing is a great way to improve the overall health, thickness, and appearance of your lawn. We use a specialized top-dressing machine to evenly distribute a thin, consistent layer of quality soil across the lawn, providing an even application and helping improve soil conditions, moisture retention, and nutrient availability. This encourages stronger root development and promotes a thicker, greener, and more lush lawn.
Aeration & Overseeding
For an even better result, we can combine top dressing with core aeration and overseeding. Aeration removes small plugs of soil from the lawn, relieving compaction and opening up the soil around the established root system. This allows the existing roots to breathe, access water and nutrients more easily, and expand into the newly opened soil, encouraging stronger and deeper root growth.
Overseeding introduces new grass seed into the lawn to fill in thin or bare areas and increase overall turf density.
When combined, aeration + overseeding + top dressing creates an ideal environment for new seed to establish while improving the existing lawn, resulting in a thicker, healthier, greener, and more resilient lawn.
