We headed outside city limits today to take care of these massive trees. When you have large established trees close to a beautiful stone home like this, regular maintenance is a must.
Using our Nifty TM34 lift, we were able to safely reach the high canopy and clear those heavy limbs away from the roofline and chimney. No job is too big (or too far) for the Servantez crew!

909 Townsend is a rather small little home with less than 1000 square feet. It's a 3 bed, 1 bath, single car garage with a nice big yard on a corner lot.

We left many of the "old goodies" in place (cabinets, sinks, tile) but in truth, the house was gutted and new roof, new windows, new wiring, plumbing, flooring, central heat and air and of course paint were part of this project.

The whole house was jacked up and the foundation restored and a cute little porch was bumped out to give it some curb appeal!
(More on this outside, ongoing project later!)

The house is like new and can now last for many more years to come!
