Two layers of siding, two layers of sheathing, and a whole lot of cuss words later… I’m finally getting somewhere.

This project has definitely turned into more than I bargained for, but it’s starting to come together. Still plenty left to do, but I’m liking where it’s headed!

Hail season is officially underway in the Black Hills.

The storms we've seen so far haven't been anything I'd expect to cause damage, but as we all know, that can change quickly this time of year.

If we do end up getting some larger hail or severe weather this season and you'd like a second opinion on your roof or exterior, feel free to give me a call.

Realtor friends—if a storm rolls through before a scheduled closing, I'd be happy to take a look and provide some peace of mind for you and your clients.
