Soaring ceilings and oversized windows pull the mountain right into the living room. A solid bid should walk you through the whole build, from where the house sits on the lot to the excavation, foundation, framing, windows, siding, cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and the timeline from groundbreaking to keys. If one bid spells it out and another doesn’t, you’re not comparing the same home.
