Requirements include:
-Motivated worker
-Quick learning
-Detail Oriented
-Have your own basic tools and bags
-Must be okay with heights
-Must have reliable transportation to and from job site (generally Lawrence,
Meade, Butte counties and occasionally Rapid City)

What we do:
-Siding; LP, B&B, wood, metal
-Decks; Framing, decking, railings, stairs
-Flooring; Chipflake and metallic coatings
-Concrete resurfacing and decorative overlays.

Pay starting at $23 an hour for low levels of experience and $25 for above average levels of experience. Raises and bonuses based on long term performance.

Lack of drainage and no fabric behind this retaining wall caused the soil to wash through the rocks causing major settling issues. We excavated the soil, placed fabric behind the wall to prevent sediment from leaking through and filled with crushed rock to allow any moisture to flow efficiently into the drain tile leading away from the house.

We offer a lot more than siding and decks and we do it the right way the first time.
