Fire blocking: is a building safety method that seals hidden spaces inside walls, floors and ceilings. In this case a tall wall cavity between studs. The 2x block stops fire and smoke from moving fast through open spaces. Without these blocks, air moves like a chimney and helps the fire grow.

Today I was at a job getting framed.
Another one setting windows.
Another one pouring concrete.
Another one doing dirt work.
And a few I didn't get to.

Sometimes I wonder if our clients hear that and think, am I getting the attention I deserve?

Fair question. Here's my honest answer.

You're right that you don't get my undivided attention... What you get instead is a builder whose trade partners are on our jobs every week.

They know how we schedule. They know our values. They know they're getting paid.

So when we call in a favor, they often say yes.

And if I'm out sick for two weeks, your job doesn't stop. There's a project manager, a superintendent, and a pre-construction manager who all know your project.

Volume, handled carefully, isn't a distraction from the service. It's what makes the service possible.

Would you rather have all of a builder's attention, or all of their leverage?

We have been using the MultiPail for quite some time now and they are incredible!

What do you use them for you ask?

1) foundation waterproofing application
2) dustpan for job site cleanup
3) show and tell to the buddies 😉

Walked into in Spearfish, South Dakota carrying MultiPail and had to do a double take…

Not only are they selling them — they’re using MultiPails throughout the store to merchandise other products. 😂

When the product starts finding uses you didn’t even design it for… that’s pretty cool.

The texture on the walls in this is called knockdown. It is a process where they spray the texture on the wall and then they wipe it with a knock down knife to flatten out the bumps and give it this appearance.
