🏔 Gilded Mountain Clubhouse! 🏔

A little refresher on the surface of the deck, tore off the old, and out down some fresh new rough cut.... What a difference! Then slapped on some stain to match the rest and water sealed the pool area. I would work at the clubhouse every day! Pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room and more! If you're looking for vacation rentals this is a great area with lots of different rental options! I almost felt like I was on a vacation even though it was a job... 🤣

🔔 Concrete Day!!! 🔔

Monday we got to team up again with the guys at Rayman Construction! Poured this 30x40 concrete pad and it turned out great! Boy, did these guys work hard! It's always great working with a small local business!

On to the next job! 😉

⭐️Fully Sheathed!⭐️

There's something about getting sheathing done, that is so rewarding. And I will say, I'm getting pretty good at moving these sheets around by myself... We did have to break out the pump jacks and scaffolding for the higher areas. This build has not been the easiest, that is for sure. This is where 6 days of work gets you, in rocky terrains, and no room for machines. But, being hidden in the trees, is so worth it!

I cannot wait to steel this bad boy! 😍

✨️Packed and Getting Closer To Concrete✨️

Finally got the floor graveled, leveled and then packed down by yours truly! Makes walking on this floor much easier now, rather than busting your ankles navigating the rocks! Final finishes before concrete gets poured on Monday!!! Sheathing is done, shop is wrapped... It is coming along... 🤩
