Started another one. Had to replace some framing, subfloor, took a French door out, replacing it with a single door. We have some hardwood to sand and refinish that we replaced. Drywall, trim and this baby will be a wrap. And install a canopy.

This is a little roof we painted a couple years ago. We used an exterior water based paint and it seems to be holding up pretty well. So if you’re ever thinking of painting exterior metal, it can be done. You don’t have to have an industrial coating etc. I’m sure it would last longer but it’s also more $. There are options atleast.

Want to clear coat some wood but don’t have a lot of experience doing it? This is a product that is very easy to use. The more costs you put on the prettier it gets. This is just two though. Sand between coats and voila The little bit of waviness you see is easy to get rid of but this lady only wanted two coats. We usually use 100-150g after the first coat. You could use 180-220 after the second to go even smoother if you wanted.
