Hi all,
The cooler weather is coming. Don't get caught out in the cold with a broken down heater. If you have a gas furnace please have it inspected thoroughly. Have the Carbon Monoxide levels checked. A furnace that has a cracked heat exchanger can allow carbon monoxide to enter your home and that can be deadly. They call carbon monoxide "THE SILENT KILLER" because it is odorless, colorless, and tasteless.

Gas Furnace Cleaning/Service includes;

We will thoroughly inspect your entire gas furnace heating system. We'll inspect and clean the heat exchanger and blower housing. We'll check the operation of every safety switch and inspect the pilot light, combustion motor, and will check the flue for rust spots and holes.
If there happens to be any issues with your furnace or any of its components we'll notify you and give you a quote for the repair before any work is performed.

Heat Pump Cleaning /Service includes;

We will check the operation of your entire heat pump heating system. We will verify the freon level and check the amp draw on the compressor. We will inspect and clean the condenser coil as well as the evaporator coil. We will check and verify the operation on the defrost board and inspect the contractor and the run capacitor. We'll check operation of the reversing valve. We will inspect and if needed, clean the indoor blower wheel. We'll check amp draw and inspect the strip heat. We'll also check and inspect the strip heat safeties.
If there happens to be any issues with your heat pump, we will notify you and give you a quote for the repair before any work is performed.
