And wow, what a home! From our designer’s vision to the hard work of our crews and the support of our vendors, this home truly came together through a team effort. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who played a part in making it happen just in time for judging! 🙌

Although this home went under contract weeks before completion, we believe the quality, design, and overall value of this home speak for themselves. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built and confident in what we’re bringing to this year’s Parade of Homes competition!

Our spec homes don’t seem to last long! We’re incredibly grateful to say that every spec home we’ve built to date has gone under contract before completion! 💥

We put a lot of thought, time, and care into every home we build, so it means a lot to see them find their future owners before we even put the finishing touches on them.
