5/4 2:15 PM: First outlook for Tuesday's setup. Much of North Texas will start seeing rain/storms as soon as late tomorrow morning into tomorrow afternoon, anything should stay non-severe, but flooding will be a concern where heavier activity occurs. On Tuesday, the main upper level low will sweep areas of showers/storms eastward from West Texas into our area. As of now, it looks like a front will setup near or just south of the I-20 corridor. As a result, most severe storms should stay south of I-20 in the red areas, where a large hail and damaging wind risk (up to golfballs, up to 70 mph) will be present, the tornado risk is low but not zero in this area. North of the front, a few storms may reach severe levels (Quarter to half dollar size hail, damaging winds up to 65 mph) with the tornado risk being near zero as it will be behind the front. Flooding will be the greater concern here with any heavier rain as the area has seen a lot of rain over the last couple of weeks, flooding will also be a concern south of I-20 . Main timing looks to be Tuesday Morning into early afternoon (4 AM - 3 PM), with some storms possible lingering past that, mainly east of I-35.

4/28 7:15 PM: Here is my first outlook for North Texas on Wednesday. Watching a main area for storms, including the DFW Metroplex, from 12 PM to Midnight. This does not look like a significant event as of now, I expect clusters of storms to develop along a dryline to our west in the Noon - 3 PM timeframe and move towards the east. These storms will be capable of producing large hail (possibly larger than golf balls) and damaging winds up to 70 MPH, though the cluster mode will likely lessen the tornado risk some, albeit not make it zero. If the clusters combine together, damaging winds and spin up tornadoes would be a bit higher of a risk than large hail. Flooding is also possible, mainly in the NW counties where a weakening cluster of storms may move overhead later tonight and tomorrow night. Stay tuned as adjustments to this forecast will likely be made.

I am always on-site while your insurance adjuster is conducting their inspection. Adjusters tend to have heavy workloads, strict time constraints and could possibly need ladder/equipment assistance or miss damage to property. I am present to help in any way needed.
Before your inspection takes place with the insurance carrier, I proactively document all damage to your property. This includes your roof, gutters, fence, windows/screens, and any interior damage.
The day of your inspection, I am present to assist the adjuster and/or 3rd party roof inspector if requested. Once the adjuster and/or 3rd party roof inspector have completed their inspection, I go over the damages they found and discuss anything that may have been missed.
Once the insurance carrier has provided their assessment/estimate, I will review to ensure all damaged items and necessary materials are accounted for. Should anything be missing from their assessment/estimate, our team will provide written and photographic evidence along with our estimate and come to a mutually agreed upon scope of work to put your property back to pre-storm condition.

Roof Approved from Allstate! They initially denied the claim but we got it approved quickly! They were working with another company that didnt know appraisal was an option! 🙏
