They had a busted clean out, had to break up the floor, go underground with some strong back fernco’s and install a new clean out a new stack, a 2 inch studer vent for venting for the toilet and the new vanity sink upstairs ran all new pex lines and cemented the floor and cleared out all the debris

2 family duplex and the downstairs tenant has line was hooked up to the upstairs so we had to cap the current one and run a new one to the correct line ✅🫡
