"Can I spec and order your HUD cabinet line even if my project doesn't specifically require HUD compliance?"

Yes, absolutely.

Our HUD Flat Panel and HUD Raised Panel lines are not exclusively for federally-assisted projects. They are simply cabinets built to HUD specifications which means all-wood construction, plywood box, specific door and finish standards consistent with durability in high-use environments.

Many of our market-rate multi-family clients specify the HUD line for non-compliance reasons specifically because the construction spec makes them the most durable option for high-turnover rental environments.

You don't need a federally-assisted project to benefit from HUD-spec construction. You just need a project where durability over 20+ years matters more than aesthetic variety.

SEPTEMBER TRANSITION:
