When a customer can’t fully use their own driveway or access the rest of their property with a camper, trailer, or equipment, that’s more than an inconvenience, it’s a barrier to enjoying their home the way they should.

Their existing electrical setup was limiting what they could do, so we stepped in and raised the bar. By redesigning and updating their service layout, we opened up the space, cleaned up the installation, and gave them a solution that’s safer, smarter, and built for how they actually use their property.

Let me begin by saying I contacted this business based on the many positive comments I read on Nextdoor, so thank you neighbors!

From my first interaction with Amber, the friendly, professional woman who answered my call and questions, I was feeling hopeful regarding how this would turn out.

Not only did she arrange for same day service, but called as promised to ensure the timing worked for me.

Chris and Buddy arrived and were polite, personable, and eager to provide service. I felt comfortable from the moment they entered our home. Not only did they work efficiently, but also provided education in a way that was easily understood. If this wasn’t enough, Chris shared that we were paying for the hour and asked if there was anything else we had questions about, or needed help with. The honesty was refreshing. These men took care of 4 different concerns we had within the hour.

They are the reason we will be calling Sparkies of the Pines back for any of our electrical needs and recommend this business to our community as well.

Sadly, many companies don’t operate this way and we have been forced to lower our expectations over the years, but this organization will restore your faith in transparent, hard working, reasonable service providers.

We’re not part of any franchise, we’re your neighborly electrical team, built right here in Southern Pines. Our focus is honest work, clear communication, and dependable service for our local families and businesses.
