Another project completed!

This homeowner already had an oil-fired furnace for heat and wanted to add central air conditioning to their home. We installed a new A/C system, evaporator coil, refrigerant lines, and all necessary components to provide reliable cooling while utilizing the existing ductwork.

Another A/C system back up and running! ❄️

This rooftop unit was down due to a failed capacitor, preventing the system from starting and operating properly. After diagnosing the issue, a new capacitor was installed and the system was tested to ensure proper operation.

A small part like a capacitor can bring an entire cooling system to a stop when it fails.

Customer called for a strong exhaust/oil smell coming from the boiler room.

After going through the system, the issue was traced back to multiple maintenance-related problems:
• Dirty oil filter & strainer
• Restricted nozzle
• Deteriorated exhaust cover gasket/insulation

The deteriorated gasket was allowing heat and exhaust residue to blacken the boiler cover and create the odor throughout the area.

Completed:
✔ New nozzle
✔ New oil filter & strainer
✔ Cleaned burner components
✔ Vacuumed and cleaned boiler sections
✔ Replaced deteriorated insulation/gasket material
