A few Before and After Pictures of a house I did late 2022 - early 2023!
We stripped the front porch off the house first, then we went on to digging the holes in back for the Second Story Balcony and then Built the Balcony. After that we started on all the Windows, 4 Single Windows and 5 Double Windows. After that we started Installing the three New Doors. The French Door on the Balcony, A Single Entry Door on the side of the house , and a Big Front Entry Door with the side windows as you can see in the pictures. Then we had to put 2x4's around all of the windows due to us using Insulated Siding with the Foam on the back. So we had to do this due to the Thickness of the siding. Then we Capped all 2x4's around the Windows and Doors with White Coil Metal. Now we started all the Siding and Metal work along with all the Light Blocks, Split Blocks, Dryer Vents, Exhaust Vents, and Gable Vents. We used the 20' long Flooted Corners to make it pop more. And the house actually came out very good! I am very Proud of that job, was a lot of work for just Two people most of the time. Some of the time it was just me by myself. But this was a Friends House and he wasn't in a Huge Rush.
