Another job well done this week for Precision!

We went back to our repeat customers’ house in South Windsor (after our initial job there just a few weeks ago!) and took care of their entire main level, ceilings included.

Why spend several thousands of dollars on a new deck when you can hire us to stain your existing one for a fraction of the price? 🖌️

This was a heck of a job well done… and it’s worth mentioning that this entire deck was done all by hand. Yep, you read that correctly. No sprayer. All done with a brush. 👏🏻👏🏻

Our new customer, Lexy originally wanted your typical stain (all one color) and at the last minute she sent us a TikTok video of a two-tone colored deck and asked if we could do that instead…

How did we do? 🤗

We’re so grateful to our customers who take the time to share their experience with us for the public to see. It’s a pleasure to be able to be in peoples’ homes to execute projects that they’ve been longing to do, but it’s much more humbling to build great relationships with our .

Spent the week at our new customer, Lisa’s house in South Windsor! Took care of her walls and ceilings in a few different areas of the home, and we love the results.

Now THIS is a job worth bragging about. ✨🎨🖌️

Spent this week in Tolland taking care of our awesome new customer, David. He reached out to us in the beginning of May inquiring on a lot of interior work he wanted done throughout the main area(s) of his home (walls/cedar wainscoting, trim, closet doors, stair risers and stringers, etc.) and we were so excited to get all of this done for him.

These before and after results are definitely at the top of our most favorite projects we’ve done, and this was the first time we’ve tackled this much cedar for an interior job - a project we’re very happy and proud to add to our portfolio.

It’s amazing how just a couple of coats of paint can truly make the biggest difference. The work speaks for itself here - this house added about 20 more additional years to its life span! 😉

Feeling very proud (and extremely accomplished) with this most recent job we finished up this morning. Paul was looking for a painter on behalf of his daughter for her new condo she recently purchased, and they were on a very specific timeline.

They found us through one of the South Windsor forums and were also personally recommended by a friend of ours and were persistent on wanting to work with us, which we were so thankful for.

We re-arranged our schedule to meet Julia’s needs and after just 3 days of intense work, her condo is officially move-in ready!

Because this condo was vacant, we were able to start our days very early and work as long as we needed to in order to ensure that the work would be done in plenty of time, and we accomplished exactly that. Love the results of this job!

Of all the listings my wife has had the pleasure of executing in the past year, she has sold every one of them in under a week and set record high sales prices in the neighborhood/community in which she sold in. Some may call that a coincidence. I call it remarkable.

Over time, I have watched her become more and more comfortable in her role as a real estate agent, and I have also seen her enthusiasm and her joy skyrocket. How many of you thought this was a paint job?

Fooled ya! It’s a wallpaper installation. 😊

Since we finished our last big job a day early, we were able to fit in our repeat customer, Sarah, with a wallpaper install in her toilet room. Now she can come back from vacation and enjoy the space!

She has been extremely patient with us and our very busy schedule (especially since she expected this to be done a month ago) and she was gracious enough to want to wait on us to have it done. As a small business, that’s one of the best compliments we could ever receive.

We have been so, so fortunate to so many of our customers who are willing to be patient with us and our schedule. Because of this, we have guaranteed work booked through until October and that provides such a huge sense of security for our family. We are so grateful to our for their dedication.

We put in some serious work at this home in Glastonbury!

Angelo was referred to us from our dear neighbor and he was looking for a significant amount of interior and exterior work done before he listed his home on the market.

We were able to coordinate our schedule to match his preferred timeline AND finish everything a day early. 👍🏻
