MBasch Designs LLC Offering everything from basic house plans to full 3D interior and exterior views for new construction, as well as remodels.

I started designing house plans at a very young age. At that time, most of them featured indoor basketball courts and swimming pools that most kids dreamed about. As I got older, it became more clear what area I wanted my career to be in. I took many drafting courses through out high school to further my knowledge in the field. After meeting my wife and deciding not to go into architecture, I took more drafting classes at a local college. That led me to a job opportunity where I have spent the last 5 years designing engineered floor systems for residential and commercial applications. After seeing plan after plan with incorrect information, little to no dimensions and no attention to the structural elements of a house, I decided to start designing on my own. I have drawn several houses over the last couple of years, and pride myself in providing a high quality set of plans with close attention to detail in areas that many architects and designers do not think about. I can provide a basic set of plans or full 3D interior and exterior models to make sure your house is to your exact expectations. From interior trim, furniture and paint to shingles and siding, I can customize almost every aspect of each house. Whether you have an idea, or want to start from scratch, we can design the perfect house for your family.

This is a project that I was recently able to get pictures of. It was a fun house to design and required a lot of minor tweaking to get it to fit the lot requirements. Overall it turned out great and looks amazing.

Its hard to believe I have now been designing houses for a little over 10 years. I started with a 3 car garage with an apartment above and then went to this one. It has been a crazy and hectic at times, but I have met some awesome people along the way!

Its always fun to design the big lakehouses, but projects like this can be equally as fun and creative. This is a bunkroom/reading nook thats going to be directly on the water. Perfect for waiting out an afternoon rain shower, or for a midday nap!
