Small house, BIG upgrade.

Sometimes the smallest issues can shut down critical equipment.

Troubleshot a power loss issue on a chicken warmer and traced the problem to a failed GE 2-pole 30A breaker. Returned with the correct replacement breaker, completed the installation, tested voltage and amperage, and verified proper operation of the equipment.

Big things are coming to Rio Rancho! ⚾🥎

We had the opportunity to help transform the old Big 5 building into a new indoor baseball and softball training facility.

scope included:
• Raising existing light fixtures to allow for batting cage netting installation
• Adding ceiling-mounted receptacles for security cameras
• Demolishing unused electrical equipment and wiring
• Relocating switches to their new office location
• Strapping and securing all electrical installations per code requirements

Everything is powered up, tested, and ready for the next phase. Looking forward to seeing this place full of athletes soon!

Installed a new 50A 240V outlet next to the panel, added power to a newly built loft, and relocated a chandelier to better center the room before installing a new owner-provided fixture.

Another electrical safety upgrade completed.

This home still had original 2-prong outlets throughout the house. The good news? The grounding system was already in place and bonded to the metal boxes. We replaced the outdated 2-prong receptacles with new 3-prong grounded outlets, verified proper grounding, and tested each location for correct wiring and polarity.

Sometimes older homes already have the grounding conductors installed—you just need someone who knows how to verify it and bring things up to date safely.

Another project completed. ⚡

This property needed additional power, lighting, and convenience outlets to make the hot tub area and patio more functional and enjoyable.

Scope of work included:

• Wired and installed (2) new lights in the hot tub area
• Added (3) new receptacles and (1) switch
• Ran a new circuit to the patio area
• Installed a switch controlling (3) patio lights
• Installed a new outdoor GFCI receptacle
• Installed a new motion-activated security light

From rough-in to final trim, everything was installed cleanly and built to provide reliable power, lighting, and safety for years to come.

Installed 5 owner-provided ceiling fans today.

One of the fans was added to a living room that previously had no light fixture at all. We found the center of the room, installed a fan-rated ceiling box, ran new wiring to a new switch location for independent fan and light control, and powered the new fan from a nearby outlet.

This homeowner recently experienced a power outage followed by a power surge that ended up frying their pool pump.

To better protect the home, we installed whole-home surge protection in both main electrical panels. Whole-home surge protectors help defend expensive equipment and electronics from voltage spikes caused by utility issues, lightning activity, grid switching, and other electrical disturbances.

A surge protector costs far less than replacing pool equipment, HVAC systems, appliances, TVs, computers, and other electronics.
