The first big storm of the season is the worst time to find out your drainage doesn’t work. 🌧️

Most problems can be spotted in an afternoon with a ladder, a garden hose and a flashlight. A few to check this month:

✅ Trace every downspout to where it ends. On Bay Area clay, roof water should land at least 5 feet from your foundation.
✅ Check the slope next to your house. The ground should fall at least 6 inches in the first 10 feet.
✅ Lift the grates on your catch basins, clear out the summer’s leaves and silt, and test them with a hose.

We're proud to share what we believe to be the BEST driveway sand delivery in the Bay Area. 2 tons of sand onto the tarp and we didn't even need to shovel any back on to the tarp to make it look pretty. And to think, this driver's first car was a Prius 😂

We're excited to start a new project in Pacifica for a client who is upgrading their electrical service. We called USA811 to mark out the existing utilities along the trench path and we are going to thread the needle on this one! We appreciate the partnership with PG&E on these projects, who work with us to find the most efficient and safe routing for their conduit from the pull box to the new panel.
