Meet Alejandro, a proud Mountain States Fence Co team member with 9 years in the fence industry. He brings precision to every job as our welder and a member of our Safety Committee. Alejandro especially enjoys welding panic gates because they demand a higher level of skill and careful attention to detail—he says he likes putting in the extra work to make sure everything is built correctly. His favorite time outside of work is spending time with his two kids and his wife. When he sees a finished project, he feels proud knowing he delivered his best work with the highest quality. And the tool he can’t live without is his welding hood—it's essential for safety and accuracy, and it also features pictures of his family. Thank you for being part of our team, Alex.

Meet Juan, one of the helpful hands at Mountain States Fence Co. With 2 years on the team, he takes pride in getting the job done right. His favorite fence style is vinyl fencing, and if he could install anywhere in the world, he’d be putting it up in Texas. Outside work, he’s spending time with his girls and his wife.
