Not everything goes to plan in construction. And that’s okay, we roll with the punches. Our basement renovation project uncovered a water issue in the basement that we didn’t plan for. We determined that the footing drains were no longer working properly. We were able to quickly excavate and install new drains and ran new piping for the gutter leaders to move all water away from the house. Regraded the area and even put in a small rock wall for our client.
