We love how a simple, neutral palette can make a laundry room feel clean, calm, and timeless. When working with a smaller space, storage is just as important as the design. A few thoughtful details can make even the smallest laundry room feel beautiful and functional.

Save this for your next laundry room refresh!

Can't decide between wood or composite? We do both! 🛠️

At Lucas Builders, we specialize in both classic natural cedar and low-maintenance composite decks—and we love combining them for the ultimate hybrid look. For this project, we paired a rich cedar framework and custom stairs with sleek, durable black railings.

🌲 Natural Cedar: Delivers unmatched, authentic wood beauty and rugged structural framing.💪 Modern Composite: Keeps your high-traffic areas entirely splinter-free and low-maintenance.

Whether you want full cedar, full composite, or a custom blend of both, we’ve got you covered.

Kitchen Remodel Transformation | St. Paul, MN 🏡

From a cramped, dated galley to a vibrant, design-forward space, this St. Paul kitchen just got a breathtaking evolution!

Our team at Lucas Builders completely reimagined the layout, proving you don't need to knock down walls to change how a room feels and functions.

The Transformation Highlights:
🪵Two-Tone Cabinetry: Warm, natural wood shaker base cabinets paired with soft, creamy off-white upper cabinets to keep the galley feeling open and airy.

🥛Glass-Front Displays: Elegant glass-front cabinets flanking the kitchen window, perfect for showing off favorite glassware.

🌟Patterned Tile Flooring: A striking, bohemian-inspired mosaic floor tile that injects instant personality and warmth.

📐Picket Tile Backsplash: A dramatic, vertically oriented dark teal picket-tile backsplash with crisp, high-contrast white grout.

🚰Quartz & Brass Accents: Pristine white quartz countertops paired beautifully with a gooseneck brass faucet and matching gold hardware.

💡Upgraded Lighting: Modern recessed ceiling lights combined with warm under-cabinet task lighting to make the whole space glow.

Every detail of this remodel was thoughtfully crafted to maximize storage, light, and character. This is the perfect example of what happens when bold design vision meets uncompromising craftsmanship.
