Riley Grant embodies those standards & some, we are proud to officially introduce Riley as our full-time Business Manager.
Gorham, Maine native and Saint Joseph’s College graduate, Riley brings an uncommon level of professionalism, composure, and determination to our organization. Though new to the landscaping and property services industry, she approached it not as an outsider, but as a student of the craft, learning quickly, asking the right questions, and has honestly elevated every system she has touched.
Riley has assumed responsibility for our scheduling, client relations, estimating, invoicing, and plays a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts and digital presence. Beyond her role, she has taken initiative cultivating relationships with new clients & architectural partners, property managers and laying the groundwork for long-term sustainable growth.
Her leadership is defined not by visibility, but by impact. She brings structure to complexity, consistency to fast moving operations, and clarity to communication.
Riley has been in strong command of our operations this winter, directing crews and managing real-time communication throughout storm events, making sure staff and customers are well informed.
