🌱 Fresh Sod, Fresh Start!

Another new construction property is officially looking a lot more like home!

For this project, we started by regrading portions of the property to get everything properly sloped and ready for the new lawn. From there, we brought in and spread fresh topsoil, completed the final grading, and finished it off with new sod for an instant green lawn.

A little dirt work can make a huge difference, especially on a new build where the finishing touches outside really bring everything together!

Another landscape refresh in the books! 🌿

For this home, we removed several unwanted and struggling plants and replaced them with a fresh mix better suited for the space. We incorporated new Inkberry Hollies to replace boxwoods affected by blight, along with hostas, catmint, and other plantings, while also repurposing some of the existing iris and daylilies throughout the beds!

We finished everything off with some light trimming, w**ding, general cleanup, and a fresh layer of mulch to give the landscaping a clean, finished look.

Sometimes a landscape doesn’t need a complete overhaul — just the right changes to bring it back to life!

🍂 We’re now booking the last weekend of September and on for final landscape updates, as well as fall trimming and cleanups! If you have a project you’d like to wrap up before the season ends, reach out to get on our schedule.

This property just received a full landscape refresh! 👏

For this project, we completely refreshed these landscape beds by:
• Removing all existing w**ds
• Installing commercial-grade w**d barrier fabric
• Cutting clean, defined bed edges
• Installing beautiful Spanish Tile decorative stone
• Refreshing the remaining beds with dyed brown mulch
• Repairing a bare area of the lawn with fresh sod

It’s amazing what fresh mulch, decorative stone, and crisp edging can do to completely change the look of a property!

A big transformation from start to finish! 💪

We were brought in to help turn this freshly excavated area into a safe, functional backyard space for the family to enjoy.

Our crew:
✅ Built a Fendt Keystone retaining wall in Graphite Blend with Fendt Universal Cap in Whitestone
✅ Graded and shaped all of the of excavated material to create a smooth, functional hillside
✅ Finished the site so it was ready for the next phase of the project

The combination of the Graphite Blend wall and Whitestone cap gives this project a clean, modern look while providing the strength needed to retain the hillside for years to come.

✨ Another landscape transformation in the books! ✨

This project completely refreshed the front of this home and gave it the clean, finished look it deserved.

Here’s what we tackled:
✔️ Removed the old retaining wall and installed a new block retaining wall with premium coping.
✔️ Removed sinking pavers and Installed a custom brick driveway border and decorative paver walkway.
✔️ Graded the yard where needed, added fresh topsoil, and topped it off with seed and straw.

It’s amazing what a few well-planned upgrades can do for a home’s curb appeal!
