The homeowner’s love of sailing shaped the exterior as much as the interior on our Wakefield new build project.

The main entry pairs white cedar shingles with Azek board
and batten siding, and the surrounding deck continues that
thinking, with Azek decking and cable railings chosen to echo the lines of a boat while keeping sightlines open to the property.

It’s a good example of how a clear design vision can guide
material decisions from the front door out.

The added ceiling height in this Saunderstown primary

over the half wall. We completed the space with Kohler
fixtures in brushed bronze and an Indigo Fabuwood vanity

This Saunderstown renovation spanned both floors of the
home. An extended dormer and raised roofline opened up
the second floor for a rebuilt primary bath. Downstairs we
renovated the guest bath, pantry, and coffee area with
Fabuwood cabinetry, HanStone Quartz counters, and
custom built-ins finished on site.

This was a big renovation for a small bathroom!

We took the old bathroom down to the studs before adding
a redesigned shower featuring a custom niche and frameless glass pivot door. A Fabuwood vanity with a
LX Hausys Global [ HIMACS l VIATERA l HFLOR l BORTE l BENIF ]] Viatera Calacatta Mystico countertop completes the space.

We added three new bedrooms and a bathroom that nearly doubled the living space of this Narragansett home!

The project started with removing the existing roof and wall framing to tie the new level into the house, then building out on new engineered framing, stairs, and oak treads.

New cedar impressions siding and matching shingles carried across the whole house for a cohesive look outside, while the new bathroom got a custom glass shower, tile work, and a quartz-topped vanity inside.

What’s a new build without a new garage?

This detached garage in Wakefield was engineered alongside the main house, built to the same coastal flood elevation standards with a foundation set above grade.

Impact-rated windows, a 9x10 overhead door, and matching AZEK Exteriors board and batten with white cedar shingles keep it cohesive with the rest of the property.

This addition in Providence ties both floors of the existing
home together to add a new mudroom and bathroom.

Before construction started, our team worked through layout planning and permitting to make sure the addition tied seamlessly into the existing structure.

That groundwork allowed us to hit the ground running and
build an addition that feels like it’s always been there.
