🔨 New build underway in Cottonwood Heights!

This basement went from empty concrete to fully framed in short order — walls up, soffits boxed in around the ductwork, electrical rough-in started, and plumbing trenched for the new bathroom. Right now it's studs and dust. In a few weeks it's going to be a finished living space this family actually uses every day.

We're going to document this one start to finish, so give us a follow and watch it come together. Framing → rough-ins → inspection → drywall → finishes. All of it.

Basement kitchenette coming together on this South Jordan project.

Navy shaker cabinets, quartz counters, an apron-front sink, and a white oak floating shelf under warm glass sconces. Built-in beverage fridge for game nights.

Still a ladder and a few punch-list items in the frame, but you can already see where it's headed.

This under-the-stairs reading nook started with an inspiration photo the homeowner loved.

From Pinterest save… to hand sketch… to finished built-in, the CCS crew took the vision and customized it to fit the space perfectly — with built-in storage, shelving, and all the cozy character this corner needed.
