Work is moving right along at Right Side Up RV in West Valley City!

AE Urbia is partnering with Campbell Construction on this 12,580-square-foot CMU building, featuring a showroom, shop, and office space.

Sometimes the most challenging sites lead to the most interesting designs.

D.R. Horton's offices in Lehi, Utah, are a great example. Built on a steeply sloped site, much of the building’s lowest level sits below grade, with many of the tilt-up panels serving as both exterior walls and retaining walls. Large angled columns support the roof canopies and were intentionally made part of the architectural design.
A challenging site, creative design, and structural ingenuity came together to create something pretty impressive.

Big progress is happening at Trove Brands!

The newest addition to the corporate campus is taking shape. This 3-story, 100,000-square-foot facility now has all of its tilt-up walls in place, with structural steel, floor decking, and roof joists going up inside.
There’s something exciting about watching a project go from rebar layouts and concrete panels on the ground to a building rising against the mountains.

A new community is taking shape in Washington, Utah.

AE Urbia is proud to partner with Rockworth Companies on The Residences at Millcreek, a multifamily development featuring seven three-story, garden-style apartment buildings, a dedicated clubhouse, and resort-style amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, and dog wash.

Thoughtful design brings the residential buildings and shared spaces together to create a comfortable, contemporary community designed for everyday living.

We’re excited to see this project come to life and be part of its continued growth.

Some buildings make a statement. This one tells a story.

Designed to open alongside WW Clyde’s 100-year anniversary, this new vehicle maintenance facility and office pays tribute to the company’s original Springville shop. The concrete façade uses metal-panel formliners and a metallic silver finish to recreate the look of its historic metal-clad exterior.
The story continues inside with reclaimed panels from that original building, now featured prominently in the main lobby.
History isn’t just remembered here—it’s part of the design.

Progress is moving right along in Caldwell, Idaho!
The shell is complete, and work is now underway inside our 40,000-square-foot project in the Highline Industrial Park. Once finished, the building will serve as CBH’s head office and manufacturing facility, with open and private offices, material showrooms, and a large event space.
The finish line is in sight, with completion expected by the end of the year.

Big operation. Big ideas. One very impressive facility.
We had the opportunity to design Beehive Meals’ new facility, bringing production, fulfillment, offices, and workplace amenities together under one roof. The result is a space designed to support everything from making and shipping meals to marketing the brand and growing the team.
The main lobby opens to a two-story space with the cafeteria and lounge below a mezzanine, creating an open and connected gathering area. A dedicated demonstration kitchen provides a space for social media content, while thoughtful employee-focused spaces, including a mothers’ lounge, spa area, and gym, round out the workplace.
A lot happens here—and we designed it to keep up.

A soggy campout didn’t stop us!
We gathered for our company campout and breakfast, with plenty of s’mores, pancakes, and all the fixings. The rain may have made things a little damp, but it didn’t dampen the fun—and we’re grateful for every drop since we need the rain!
It’s always fun to get together outside the office, rain or shine.

Well, that was a surprise!

The Corporate Games mystery event turned out to be Rummikub—a game our team had never played before. No experience? No problem. They jumped in, figured it out, and took 2nd place!
Looks like brains and talent can take you all the way to the winner’s circle—even when you’re playing a game for the first time!

Our Corporate Games golf teams hit the course and gave it a shot! The drives had some distance, the swings had some style, and the scorecard had a few surprises.
We may not have brought home the trophy, but we brought the competition, the laughs, and a few creative interpretations of “par.”
