That pooling water next to the foundation wasn't just a nuisance. It was a problem in slow motion. 👆
Every time it rained, water sat right where it did the most damage — against the foundation. The patio had settled toward the house, and a crack running through the slab was letting water straight through to the soil underneath.
We lifted and re-pitched the patio, so water drains away from the house the way it's supposed to. Then we filled the crack so there's no path left for water to follow.
One visit. Three problems solved — settled concrete, wrong pitch, open crack.
Your patio and your foundation have more to do with each other than most people realize. If yours is sloping in the wrong direction, that's a free estimate conversation worth having.
