Cracks in your basement wall got your attention. Good. Now look for these. 👆

Foundation problems rarely show up as just one thing. They show up as a pattern — and the more of these you recognize, the clearer the picture gets.

Sticking doors or windows.
Your frames are racking out of square. The foundation below shifted and everything above it followed.

Floors that slope or feel uneven.
Subtle at first. Easy to explain away. But a floor that dips toward one wall has been building toward that point for a while.

Gaps between your walls and ceiling.
Trim separating. Ceilings pulling away from walls. Different parts of your home moving at different rates — which means the foundation beneath one section is settling faster than another.

Cracks in your exterior brick or mortar.
The outside of your home is showing you what the inside already told you. Stair-step cracks, horizontal splits, separating brick — these are the outdoor confirmation of an underground problem.

Basement wall cracks plus any one of these? That's a pattern. That's a call.

Free estimates. No pressure. Just answers.

Most people have heard of foam lifting. Deep foamjection is a different level entirely. 👆

Standard foam lifting raises sunken concrete. Deep foamjection goes further — literally. The foam is injected deeper into the soil to address what's causing the problem in the first place. Here's what that means for your concrete.

01 — It stabilizes weak soil and re-levels your slab.
Unstable soil beneath your concrete doesn't just cause settling — it keeps causing it. Deep foamjection repairs the soil itself and adjusts the slab back into place at the same time. You're fixing the cause, not just the symptom.

02 — It finds and fills voids — and displaces the water in them.
Voids beneath concrete are almost always holding water. That water is what's weakening the soil and creating the settlement in the first place. The foam fills those voids completely and pushes the collected water out.

03 — It binds weak soil and makes it load-bearing again.
As the foam expands into the surrounding soil it doesn't just fill space — it binds the soil particles together, increasing the load-bearing capacity of ground that couldn't hold the weight above it before.

If your concrete keeps settling, or you've got soft spots that keep coming back — this is the conversation worth having.

Free estimates. We'll tell you if deep foamjection is the right call for your situation.

That pooling water next to the foundation wasn't just a nuisance. It was a problem in slow motion. 👆

Every time it rained, water sat right where it did the most damage — against the foundation. The patio had settled toward the house, and a crack running through the slab was letting water straight through to the soil underneath.

We lifted and re-pitched the patio, so water drains away from the house the way it's supposed to. Then we filled the crack so there's no path left for water to follow.

One visit. Three problems solved — settled concrete, wrong pitch, open crack.

Your patio and your foundation have more to do with each other than most people realize. If yours is sloping in the wrong direction, that's a free estimate conversation worth having.

The symptom tells us which solution you need. Here's how that works. 👆

Sinking or settling foundation?
Helical piers. Driven deep past unstable soil and anchored into load-bearing ground below. Your foundation stops moving, for good.

Walls that are bowing or leaning inward?
Wall tie-backs. Steel anchors that connect your foundation wall to stable soil outside and halt the movement before it becomes a collapse risk.

Building new construction?
New construction piers. Installed before the first wall goes up so the structure above starts on solid, permanent footing from day one.

One call gets you a free estimate and a straight answer about which one applies to your situation.
