Where do we start.... Home owner bought this house (mobile home) with "upgraded Electrical". Let me explain something, low voltage brackets are not Electrical boxes. Flying joints in the wall are worse than pass through modular outlets and switching.

We went through replacing boxes and devices. Updated lighting (no boxes, lights just screwed to the ceiling). Installed a whole home SPD to protect his investment.

Things can easily be hidden from home inspections, until they dont work or the house burns down from faulty Electrical.

We have seen and see shady Electrical alot. Your local Chuck n a truck that says he knows what he's doing, does he really is the question 🤔
