Bathroom wrap up on Clearwater Lake!

The tile selections are so unique, the cabinets are beautiful & the added bling really set the tone for the his & hers bathrooms & master closet.

This Granite Lake project Phase 2 is complete!

The garage & breezeway were transformed. The garage door was converted from two openings to one large opening - this allows better access to the space. We added a closet, for more storage. The whole garage was sheet rocked, spray foamed, tin was added to the ceiling, heat was installed, new entry doors, paint & trim.

The breezeway was made to feel like it flowed nicely from the garage to the house. An awkward entry door was removed, a large closet was added, we added a small window, new paint, trim, & flooring. The steps were added, after removing a strange ramp style entry.

On to Phase 3! Stay tuned for some transformations on the outside of this family home.
