Some moments you remember. This was one of them. 🎉

At PC, every member of our team is an owner. This Employee Ownership Month, we’re celebrating everyone who is fully vested in our employee stock ownership plan. What better way than with an actual vest! Take a peek at our Vermont team receiving their vests and showing incredible pride in what each one represents. Stay tuned for more VESTED moments in the weeks to come!

This week in Vermont, our newest employee owners are getting a close look at PC. PC 101 covers it all, from the softer side of being an employee-owned company to the technical details that help launch a PC career. They’re joining us from seven regions along the East Coast, and we’re glad to have every one of them.

Welcome to the team!

PC Construction’s employee owners are on the ground in Atlanta this week for the 28th Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Congress. We’re excited to be trading ideas with peers from across the industry and bringing it all back to our projects and teams.

We’re 100% employee owned, so we all have a stake in getting better at how we build. Learning together is one of the best ways to continue .

Early start, big view. 🚀 This morning, our South Carolina crew got a front-row seat to SpaceX’s CRS-35 launch, catching the Falcon 9’s trail glowing in the dawn sky shortly after liftoff.

Anyone else catch the event? Post pics in comments!

Our employee owners are on the ground at the Women Can Do Conference, joining 450 high school women for a day of hands-on learning and real career exploration.

Our team is leading two build workshops:
🏠 Students are building birdhouses to take home
🪑 Teams are building tables and side chairs that will be raffled off to support Women Can Do’s mission.

There's nothing like picking up a tool for the first time and seeing what you can create. We're proud to show these students what a career in construction can look like.
