In less than a year, this site transformed from vacant space to fully finished hospitality development.

We're excited to share this timelapse of the new Tru by Hilton in Valparaiso, our third hospitality project completed with Good Hospitality. This project reflects the strength of collaboration between our teams and the skilled union workforce that brought the structure from foundation to roof.

Every renovation is an opportunity to re-imagine spaces that better serve the people who use them every day.

Our team updated an assisted living facility that services children, adolescents, and adults with developmental, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities for our friends at Damar Services, INC. The project included an addition featuring new conference and family meeting spaces, along with renovations to the facility's restrooms, hallways, and offices. A new vestibule and updated front entrance provide a welcoming first impression for residents, visitors, and families.

Spring has brought exciting advancements at Northwood Station in Wood Dale, IL.

While brick and siding are beginning to transform the exterior, there's just as much progress happening behind the walls. Plumbing testing, HVAC installation, electrical infrastructure, fire protection systems, and roofing work are all advancing simultaneously to keep this mixed-use multifamily development moving forward.
