Wrapping up another successful 🌱

This week, our team had the opportunity to give back in meaningful ways - renovating a residential bathroom for a Valparaiso neighbor in need and helping restore natural spaces by removing invasive plant species at St. James Farm Forest Preserve.

Holladay Construction Group was proud to partner with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor on their newest location on Sample Street in South Bend, IN.

What was once an Ivy Tech Community College Administrative Building has been transformed into the Boys & Girls Club's Phair Family Leadership Center - a safe, supportive environment designed to serve local youth. During the day, the facility hosts an alternative-to-suspension and academic remediation program. After school, the club transitions into a traditional Boys & Girls Club Tween Center.

Every detail was designed to prioritize student well-being, incorporating secure entry points, single-room restrooms, and therapeutic sensory spaces.

Along the way, one thing became clear: the basketball court wasn’t just a feature – it was essential. When funding fell short, HCG proudly stepped in to donate the basketball court.

Enriching lives. Building strong communities. These moments make us excited about the work we do.

This boutique senior living and memory care community brings a new standard of care for the NW Indiana/SW Michigan region. 63 residential suites designed to provide personalized, resort-style care.

Amenities include single-story facilities, commercial kitchen space, outpatient rehab gym, spa center, full-service salon, enclosed courtyard, and state-of-the-art security features. Antibacterial surfaces and specialized HVAC systems have been designed to control airborne infections, substantiating the building’s emphasis on safety, health, & wellbeing.
