We finally made it official and joined our buddies over at the Elkhart County Board of Realtors! 🎉💩
With over half of our work now happening in the county with “hart,” we figured it was finally time to come hang out with the cool kids. 😎
And even better - no more worrying about Supra or Sentri access. We can get into ALL THE HOMES now!
We’re excited to get more involved, build even stronger relationships, and hopefully make as much of a difference in Elkhart County as we have with our besties over at SBAR.

It's time to revamp our information brochure! What info would you like to see added, any questions we haven't answered, anything that is too confusing or needs to be reworded? We hand this out to new homeowners and add it to end of our inspection reports, so we want to make sure it helps as many people as possible! Throw in your suggestions and we'll get to reworking the most helpful lil pamphlet in town!

Friends! We've seen a STRING of septic systems backing up lately... and almost every tire it's been a clogged filter!
If you recently bought a home and you're suddenly noticing slow drains, gurgling plumbing, and the level rising in your tank... go grab your inspection report and see if your system has one. We mention them multiple times in every report and clean them while on site, but sometimes homeowners forget they're hiding in there. They need to be cleaned every 3-6 months depending on usage!
If your filter is clogged, the wastewater has nowhere to go... except back into your house or up onto your lawn. Neither is a fun surprise. 🤢

How does Bryan find the tank access when there's no ground level riser lid? He finds the edges of the tank and marks them with the probe, and after thousands of locates, he can dig up the exact lid 99% of the time, saving your yard from disruption and extra holes. Call him the tank whisperer! No psychic ability needed, just a nose for septic 💩😆
