Excellence in Construction Spotlight:

It's move-in week at the University of Notre Dame so what better time to highlight the award-winning masonry work on Notre Dame Circle by Ziolkowski Construction! The circle drive at the north end of Notre Dame Avenue has welcomed students and visitors alike for decades. This new campus landmark was designed to build on that and commemorate 50 years of undergraduate women's enrollment at Notre Dame. Ziolkowski installed concrete foundations, masonry, limestone, and granite as well as both brick pavers and veneers -- all while keeping the Circle open during construction to keep campus life moving.

We are excited to see the continued growth and investment taking place at Polygon Composites Technology in Walkerton, Indiana. Their recent $4 million expansion, focused on advancing medical device manufacturing and creating 35 new high-tech jobs, represents a significant investment in the local economy and community.
At Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. we are proud to be part of the team helping bring this vision to life. It has been a pleasure working alongside Polygon as they continue to grow, innovate, and strengthen their presence in the region.

Excellence in Construction Spotlight:

Congratulations to the team at Ziolkowski Construction for their building category award! They completely transformed the interior of the Electrical Workers Local 153 Headquarters to better reflect the professionalism and growth of their membership. The interior renovation includes a fully integrated yet adaptable event environment with dynamic media walls and programmable LED lighting.

Excellence in Construction Spotlight:

Dudeck Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc was recognized for their skillful work re-roofing the historic St. Adalbert Catholic Church in South Bend. The century-old Neo-gothic landmark required careful planning and finesse to navigate its steep pitches and intricate valleys. St. Adalbert also boasts two of the tallest steeples in the city and a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. The "Cathedral of the West Side" also remained operational throughout the restoration process which added an extra layer of consideration and coordination between church staff, the Dudeck team, Kil Architecture & Planning, and fellow MBA member Ziolkowski Construction., who handled simultaneous brick restoration.
