From industrial site to employee-centered greenspace. 🌳

Our team partnered with New York Blower to transform a long-vacant portion of its La Porte campus into a welcoming outdoor environment that reflects the company's history while supporting its future.

The project includes gathering spaces, pedestrian walkways, a custom fountain, sustainable infrastructure, and landscaping designed for year-round interest. It's a great example of how thoughtful site design can strengthen both a workplace and the surrounding community!

Designing a civic campus means thinking beyond the building.

For the new Elkhart County Courthouse, JPR helped shape everything surrounding the facility — from site layout and traffic circulation to stormwater management, pedestrian connections, and public gathering spaces. The result is a campus that feels welcoming while meeting the complex operational and security needs of a modern courthouse.

A look back at the transformation of Papa Vino’s Italian Kitchen. JPR helped reimagine the 17-year-old restaurant with a nearly complete rebuild, creating a refreshed Tuscan-inspired atmosphere and an upgraded dining experience. The renovation introduced a relocated bar, private dining rooms, a café setting, a three-season porch, and expanded seating for approximately 300 guests—all brought from schematic design through construction documents in just five months.

We recently had the chance to capture new photos of the completed renovations at Four Winds Field. The updates include a second-level stadium expansion, a new four-story club and event space, refreshed retail and concessions, and additional family and fan spaces throughout the ballpark.

We’re excited to see these new spaces bring even more energy, connection, and memorable experiences to the South Bend community!
