“Dear Kevin,

Mark & I would like to thank you for turning our unfinished basement into a beautifully finished living area, office and a large bedroom with a full bath. This included closing off all the mechanical with 2 beautiful access doors & there is also a door to a large storage room along with a door to a storage area under the steps. So, of the 1,678 sq. ft., we now have roughly 1,000 sq. ft. of beautiful living space!

Your architectural design plans were previously added to your spec home that we purchased a year ago, so we were able to visualize what all that space could look like if or when we might want to finish it. Our parts of the plans were that we wanted it to follow the same design of the house. We asked for the same flooring, carpet, wood trim, light fixtures, bathroom (much like the 2 full baths upstairs) and wall color.

You were able to do all this for us, but not without the help from your construction crews that built our house and many other of the houses in our new neighborhood.

The first thing you gave us was a detailed schedule for each of the people who would be doing what and when they would arrive and their names and when each step would be completed. Our completion date was April 4th. We closed on April 3rd a day ahead of schedule including professionally cleaning!

Starting around February 27th almost every morning around 8:00am - 9:30am one of these experienced craftsman were at our door meeting and greeting us with so much respectfulness and politeness that we ALL became like good friends. To say we were impressed is an understatement! They really worked hard and often times along side of the other crews. Every one of them were kind and SO positive! We are so grateful to each and everyone! It was such a JOY!
