Good morning,

The Tuolumne County Recreation Department is proud and excited to announce that due to a partnership with Adventist Health we will be offering Water Walking FOR FREE from 5pm - 5:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday at the Sonora Aquatic Center located at Sonora High. This program was introduced to us 3 years ago by the Blue Zones Project, we may not have Blue Zones operating locally but their vision and goals are still something we try to achieve and emulate. Come join us today and every Tuesday and Thursday for a fun, energetic, and social opportunity to do some water walking with fellow community members. If you have any questions please reach out to our Aquatic Staff at the Sonora Pool at (209)532-0441. Again, there is no cost to attending any classes so we really hope to see you out there!

Thanks,

TCRD
